RDSolutions has 40 years of retail data and intelligence. We collect critical retail information, merchandise/products, and conduct resets. The Field Representative collects data, transmits files, conducts demos, performs planogram/shelf resets, and transmits files to corporate office after project completion.

• Assigned projects within your market area.
• Complete projects throughout the United States independently or as part of a group.
• Use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, displayed promotions, and pictures of product merchandising and displays.
• Transmit files to corporate office after project completion.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers per client needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone capable of downloading company apps and collecting work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Work approximately 32 to 40 hours per week with scheduling flexibility.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on client behalf.
