The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service while engaging customers and exhibiting product knowledge and expertise.

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs”
• Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and under‑stock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor
• Assist with projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets, and mark‑out of stock
• Execute floorset proficiently and maintain back‑room and under‑stock
• Adhere to visual merchandising standards, housekeeping, loss‑prevention, shrink reduction, and store strategy
• Build loyalty through the Rewards Program
