Pier 6 Boston is a New England waterfront restaurant located in Charlestown, featuring panoramic views of the Boston skyline, a rooftop deck, and a menu focused on fresh seafood and coastal favorites. With a lively bar scene, harbor front energy, and strong neighborhood presence, Pier 6 is a go-to destination for both locals and visitors throughout the year.
We’re seeking full-time Front-of-House Managers to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who brings strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality; with room to grow within our expanding restaurant group.

Responsibilities- Bring passion, energy, and excellence into the restaurant and workplace.
- Ensure guests have an exceptional experience through hospitality and service.
- Manage the cover flow, reservations, and walk-ins ensuring the restaurant is operating at a high level.
- Assist with training, scheduling, and motivating the front-of-house team.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Handle weekly inventory and supply duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and front-of-house facilities.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Resume with 2 years of restaurant management experience.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Availability Nights, Weekends, and some Holiday is required.
- Serv Safe Certification is preferred.
