Overview

The Nautilus Pier 4 is hiring line cooks. The kitchen is a scratch kitchen focused on high quality seafood, produce and heritage meats, with multiple stations and a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Nautilus Pier 4, Boston, Seaport district. The restaurant opened in April 2021 and features indoor dining, a seasonal patio, multiple bars, and an open kitchen chef’s bar seating. The Nautilus Pier 4 is a sister restaurant to Nantucket’s The Nautilus.

• Read and follow recipes, take direction, work well on a team, and have a strong desire to learn.
• Support high-quality execution in a high-volume atmosphere; contribute to a collaborative, high-performance kitchen.
• Stage with the team for a service to learn what working at Nautilus entails.

• Passion for food and cooking; ability to read and follow recipes.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Interest in growing skills across multiple stations (e.g., wok, rotisserie) and learning from a top-tier kitchen.

• Pay rate: $23 to $29 per hour, inclusive of a kitchen admin fee (4% of nightly sales).
• Overtime available; flexible hours; paid time off.
• Health insurance benefits: half covered after the first two months of work; dental & vision insurance available.
