Savory team members at Tatte Emerson make all dishes from scratch with a deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship. They work together as a team to prepare dishes in accordance with Tatte guidelines to ensure the highest quality while adhering to recipe and sanitation standards.

• Prep Cooks – Follow prep lists, label ingredients, chop, measure, stock inventory, assist chefs, maintain a clean kitchen.
• Line Cooks – Prepare and cook food according to recipes, operate kitchen equipment, set up and break down stations, wash and disinfect, assist chefs.
• Dishwashers – Operate the dish machine, keep dishware clean, maintain a fast‑paced clean environment, assist chefs.
