Primary Responsibilities

- Ensure the proper cleaning, sanitation and storage of all small kitchen equipment and dishes.
- Empty trash, compost and recycling when appropriate and replace can liners.
- Ensure floors are swept and mopped nightly.
- Ensure rotating floor detailing occurs according to schedule.
- Assist within the moment cleaning of work and storage areas.
- Clears/cleans Community Room after lunch.
- Refills Orange Force and Sanitizer bottles daily.
- Refills gloves, paper towels and hand soap at every station in the kitchen daily.
- Cleans and maintains dish machine and all other dish room equipment.
- Maintains an organized and clean dish room at all times.
- Completes assigned cleaning projects in a timely manner.
- Performs daily walkthrough check lists.
- Performs daily chemical checks.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Experience- Experience working as part of a team.
- Comfortable interacting with the public.
- Good communication skills.

This position requires an individual to have the ability to lift to a maximum of 50 lbs. and includes bending and standing for long periods of time. The incumbent must maintain skills necessary to safely and efficiently operate the following equipment and machines used in the performance of this job: kitchen equipment (i.e., dishwasher, slicer, coffee machine, steamer, mixer, and chef's knives) and the telephone.
