Position: The Salty Pig - Sous Chef

Overview

The Salty Pig is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. The Salty Pig’s menu highlights housemade charcuterie, antipasti, and pizza. Behind the bar, we offer creative, playful cocktails, a value-driven wine list, and a rotating mix of domestic and imported beers. Since opening in 2011, we have prided ourselves on being a welcoming and fun place to work.

Service here is fast-paced, so teamwork and a supportive attitude are essential. Our front and back of house teams collaborate closely and work cross-functionally to consistently exceed our guests’ expectations. We’re seeking a talented Sous Chef to help lead our culinary team.

What You’ll Do
  • Help manage The Salty Pig’s day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen during prep and service, ensuring pace, quality, and consistency
  • Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff
  • Uphold food quality, cleanliness, and organization standards
  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and menu development
