Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cook at The Liberty Hotel, located in Boston, MA. The Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include food preparation, cooking, plating, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaboration with kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to quality control standards are also integral to the position.

Qualifications
  • Experience with food preparation and various cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of sanitation and food safety protocols in a food service environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration in the kitchen
  • Proficiency in time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to high-quality food presentation
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or fine dining setting is preferred
  • Culinary school certification or equivalent professional experience is a plus
