Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift, ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team
• Ability to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 50 lbs.
