Job DescriptionThe General Utility Worker II serves a variety of essential back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The position requires maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment and gaining extensive knowledge of proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.
Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: Hourly rate: $16.00 to $18.00.

Job Responsibilities- Monitor and record food and equipment temperature.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including pot/dish wash and deep clean duties.
- Attend in‑house training sessions.
- Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform in accordance with company regulations.
- Present an image consistent with good customer relations.
- Com saira and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.
- Coms and assist in the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures.
- Serve food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Campbell Catering.
- Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to.
- Assist chefs with checking in food deliveries to ensure only the highest standard of produce is accepted.
- Ensure food storage meets food hygiene regulations and that the stock rotation system is followed.
- Perform cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
- Prepare service area and/or service points.
- Accurate storage of food items and equipment after service.

Qualifications- Previous food prep experience preferred.
- Knowledge of various food prep methods, accurate knife handling, and food safety regulations is preferred.
- Must be able to acquire a food safety certification.
- Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
- Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, both Moderator writes and verbal.
This role may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or personal protective equipment may also be required.
