We’re partnering with a growing, well-known restaurant group to find an experienced Executive Chef to lead a high-end, high-volume steakhouse kitchen. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a chef who values quality, systems, and team development.

• Lead all back‑of‑house operations and kitchen teams
• Drive menu execution, food quality, and consistency
• Manage food & labor costs, inventory, and ordering
• Train, mentor, and develop strong kitchen leadership
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards

• Extensive experience in an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
• High‑end or chef‑driven restaurant experience required
• New opening experience a plus!
• Strong cost control and operational skills
• Confident, professional, and hands‑on leadership style
