About the RoleWe are hiring for back‑of‑house kitchen positions ranging from Line Cook to Lead Chef. The kitchen operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, seven days a week, serving a wide variety of breakfast sandwiches, salads, soups, sandwiches, and prepared foods for pick‑up.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook breakfast items, salads, soups and sandwiches according to kitchen standards.
- Assist in day‑to‑day kitchen operations and support the kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
- Interact with customers when required in a friendly and professional manner.
- Proficient in English (speaking and understanding).
- Experience in a kitchen setting, preferably as a line cook or in a supervisory capacity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Competitive hourly wage; pay varies by position.
- Salaried Lead Chef position available.
