What

You Will Be Doing
  • Supervise and lead the culinary team to ensure high-quality food preparation and production efficiency
  • Hire, train and mentor team members to create a cohesive, high-performing kitchen
  • Manage food and labor costs, schedules, inventory, ordering and receiving
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu design, recipe development and costing
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary and organized kitchen that meets health regulations
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Working in a small-scale, low-volume kitchen
  • Operating without leadership responsibilities or team collaboration
Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years of culinary experience with management responsibility in high-volume food service
  • Expertise in high-volume cooking, food presentation and recipe adherence
  • Knowledge of food and labor cost management, menu development, ordering, inventory and food safety
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Ability to obtain Serv Safe, Food Safety Handler and TIPs certifications
  • Capacity to work flexible hours including day, night and weekend shifts
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
