The research group of Prof. Jian Kong in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a Postdoctoral fellow.
Our research projects use multi-modal neuroimaging data to study structural and functional brain changes associated with chronic pain and cognitive decline. We have multiple ongoing clinical trials investigating the effects of mind‑body interventions and noninvasive neurostimulation on pain perception and cognitive function. The position will include collection and analysis of fMRI, EEG, and other neuroimaging data. Communicating the results by writing and publishing scientific manuscripts and giving presentations will be a central part of this role.
This position is full‑time (100% FTE) with an initial term appointment of two years, renewable depending on satisfactory performance.
Doctorate degree required.
