HMS - Postdoctoral Fellow in Genetics

We invite applicants for a postdoctoral fellow position in the Naxerova lab at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. The work of the Naxerova lab focuses on somatic evolution. We welcome applications from recent PhD graduates who are interested in these or related fields, particularly those who may bring a new technology or perspective to the work in the lab.

The successful candidate will work with Dr. Naxerova to develop an independent research project within the scope of the lab’s research focus. The candidate will carry out experimental and computational research, apply for fellowship funding, contribute to grant and manuscript writing, participate in teaching and mentoring of lab members, and otherwise contribute to overall lab operations and collaborative environment.

This position is salaried and benefits eligible. Postdoctoral fellow salary is determined by the number of years post PhD; more information can be found at (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)./guidelines

• Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. in genetics, genomics or related fields
