** We’re looking for a passionate and curious Research assistant to join our team. * What You’ll Do:

*
* • Perform chemical handling procedures to fulfil orders in alignment with departmental timelines.
• Operate and maintain a variety of lab equipment, such as liquid handling instruments and analytical balances.
• Maintain, review, and curate records related to research materials across multiple databases.
• Support intake and validation workflows ensuring materials meet established acceptance criteria.  
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any deviations or data concerns to relevant stakeholders.  
• Assist in drafting and reviewing technical reports, intake logs, and related supporting documentation.  
• Organize and analyse data using Microsoft Excel or similar tools, and present key findings using Power Point
** Who You Are:*
* • BS or equivalent with scientific discipline and 2 or more years of experience.
• Proficient in operating analytical balances and liquid handling instruments; experience using Tecan and Biomek liquid handling instruments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Titian’s Mosaic compound management software platform is preferred.
• Experience working across multiple databases in support of scientific workflows or compliance efforts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly in managing data and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data review, organization, analysis) and PowerPoint for visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Commitment to high-quality work and adherence to established data management practices.
