What You’ll DoBuild and manage a commercial real estate practice in Massachusetts within a mission-driven, values-led team. Leverage warm deal flow, investor relationships, and a supportive back-office infrastructure to grow your book of business without burnout or micromanagement.
Collaborate with a low-ego, strategic team to deliver client-focused real estate solutions across industrial, retail, flex, mixed-use, or niche assets.
