Overview

We are expanding and selectively recruiting an experienced real estate agent to join Team Coyle at Compass, a high-performing, listing-driven luxury team serving Wellesley and surrounding Metro West communities. This opportunity is best suited for agents who already know the business, value professionalism, and want to elevate their production within a collaborative, well-supported environment.

This role is for you if you:

• Have 2+ years of active real estate experience
• Have closed 3+ transactions annually or $4M+ in volume
• Are serious about growing your business—not starting from scratch
• Value structure, accountability, and high standards
• Want to focus on clients while leveraging a strong team platform

• Represent buyers and sellers with a high level of professionalism
• Convert and manage both personal and team-generated opportunities
• Participate in pricing, negotiation, and strategy discussions
• Maintain CRM discipline and client follow-up standards
• Align with team branding, systems, and service expectations

• A respected brand with a strong local reputation
• High-quality marketing, systems, and operational support
