Overview
- Partnering with the Asset Strategy & Development Lead on day‑to‑day operations of the company’s centers, development and implementation of the center’s business plan and operating budget, identification and management of external service providers and communication with internal cross‑functional teams and tenants, maximizing center success.
- Assisting with implementation and management of large‑scale development projects and capital improvements within existing centers and new acquisitions, including due diligence, research of governing local, state, and federal regulations, outreach to municipalities and other stakeholders to secure required land‑use entitlements, reviewing and organizing project plans and related documents, soliciting proposals, hiring and managing external consulting teams such as engineers, architects, and ensuring compliance with project schedule and budget while coordinating among multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
- Acting as the company point‑of‑contact for tenants, helping to ensure tenant success by problem solving, answering routine questions and responding to operational needs, researching leases to determine rights and responsibilities of landlord and tenant, visiting centers regularly to ensure efficient, clean, safe, and code‑compliant operation and collecting tenant feedback and incorporating suggestions to enhance the centers’ appearance and success.
- Utilizing company software systems and managing preparation/scheduling of recurring property reports and internal meetings, assisting the Accounting department to ensure timely payment of the center’s operating costs by answering questions regarding billings, invoices, charges, coding and assisting with management and adherence to operational and capital budgets for the centers.

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
