- Lead commercial leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Advise landlords, tenants, developers, and institutional investors
- Work directly with partners on sophisticated, high-value transactions
- Optional exposure to environmental aspects of real estate matters 🌱
- 7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Strong command of leasing, purchases, and sales
- Confident, client-facing commercial judgment
- Base salary up to $210,000 💵
- 1600 billable hours target
