Position: Real Estate Agent/ Associate, Investment Sales (BOS)

Sales Associate – Commercial Real Estate

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ is the fastest-growing commercial real estate company in the country. A Sales Associate works in a meritocracy and earns income directly based on achievements. This position is currently available for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals.

Duties / Essential Functions
  • Complete the intensive in‑depth training program.
  • Become an expert in commercial real‑estate analysis and brokerage.
  • Relentlessly and proactively reach out to owners of commercial real estate.
  • Make 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners.
  • Maintain detailed records of activity on the proprietary CRM system.
  • Utilize the company’s industry‑leading tools, resources and technology to win business and build relationships.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related industry or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Competitive nature.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of effective prospecting and proven ability to penetrate new accounts.
  • Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects.
  • Strong grasp of mathematics / ability to complete financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate.
  • Professional work ethic and integrity.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Industrious personality.
  • Coachable and insatiable appetite for success.
  • Provide clients with valuable financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate.
  • Work closely with Sales Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
