- Conduct Corrective Action and Preventive Action by coordinating with all the relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that all the SOPs are updated periodically and compliant
- Coordinate with the Quality operations team and QISM to disposition all the deviations
- Coordinate and organize for all audits and inspections
