Lead the project advancement of three cutting-edge drug modalities, namely PROTAC, molecular gel, and covalent inhibitor, and lead the independent small molecule innovative drug project, responsible for the entire process from target initiation, lead compound discovery and optimization to PCC.
Proficient in organic synthesis chemistry, principles of medicinal chemistry, and structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis. Proficient in the application of Computer-Aided drug Design (CADD) and structural biology knowledge in drug design.
