Must have: solid Validation Testing lead experience working for pharmaceutical companies. Great communication, drive for results, and coordination skills between internal team and customers across shores.

• Track record in managing teams to successful project delivery.
• Experience executing and managing GxP projects and deliverables.
• Hands on experience in POMS, MES, and integration systems testing and validation.
• Solid experience in creating and executing best practices, guidelines, checklists for GxP project execution.
• Experience in Life Sciences vertical both GxP and non‑GxP space.
• Familiarity with Life science business process flow, at least in the Manufacturing space.
• Focus on a lead with MES from pharma experience.

  15 years, Direct customer Stakeholder Management.
• 5 years Validation Lead Experience.
• 5 years Test Lead Experience with hands‑on testing deliverables.
• 5 years Hands On in POMS, MES, and Integration in Life Sciences.
• 2 years Life Sciences Projects.
• 4 years with preference in experience working on Manufacturing Supply chain.
• Solid understanding and driving CSV in Life Sciences customers.
• 5 Years strong understanding on CSA and how to implement the same.
