We are expanding into Boston, Northern Virginia / Washington DC, Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, Cincinnati & surrounding areas and are seeking exceptional Associate Veterinarians who want to practice meaningful medicine in a supportive, values‑driven environment. Position OverviewAs an Associate Veterinarian, you will provide compassionate, gentle in‑home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care. You will work independently in the field while being fully supported by a collaborative medical leadership team, dedicated Veterinary Care Specialists (VCS), and strong operational infrastructure.

- Provide in‑home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care in a compassion‑driven, Fear Free‑aligned manner

- Experience in hospice, palliative care, or Fear Free certification is a plus but not required; comprehensive training is provided
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS) from an accredited veterinary school
- Active (or ability to obtain) veterinary license in the state of practice
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Availability to work some weekends as part of a rotating schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Subject to a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check post‑hire
