Facilities & Field Support Technician - Landscape Operations

. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our crews have the materials they need, our equipment stays in top shape, and our job sites meet our high standards of excellence.

This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who enjoys independence, variety, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.

• Logistics & Field Support: Deliver materials (plants, soil, mulch) to job sites, manage yard debris, and assist crews with mulching, pruning, and site clean‑up.
• Irrigation & Maintenance: Perform basic irrigation troubleshooting and repairs; conduct routine vehicle/equipment checks (fluids, greasing, minor repairs).
• Chemical Applications: Apply treatments (herbicides/pesticides) in compliance with safety regulations and maintain detailed logs.
• Yard Operations: Manage inventory, organize staging areas, and ensure smooth material flow for daily crew departures.

• Experience: Professional landscaping or horticulture background.
• Certifications: Valid Driver’s License (clean record), Current Pesticide Applicator License, and a Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one).
• Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Skills: Comfortable driving trucks/trailers and operating landscape machinery.

• Strong pruning and irrigation experience.
• General mechanical aptitude for equipment upkeep.
