Currently seeking a Full-Time MDS Nurse Coordinator (RN/LPN)!
Address: 337 Neponset Ave Dorchester, MA
The Bostonian, a not-for-profit organization, is a recently renovated 121-bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located just off Route 93 in Dorchester and easily accessible by public transportation. We provide short-term rehab, long-term care, and respite care. Come join our team!

- Must possess current, unencumbered nursing license (RN or LPN) in Massachusetts
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), preferred
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- At least one (1) year of MDS experience, preferred
- Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
- Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
- Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
- Provide back-up to facility's Managed Care Case Manager, in their absence.
