Providing critical care in a 38-bed multi-specialty Intensive Care Unit (ICU), this RN role demands acute clinical skills and a compassionate approach. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and ensure patient-centered treatment in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate, and educate ICU patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
  • Delegate and coordinate patient care activities among colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using computerized systems.
  • Follow established nursing policies and guidelines closely.
  • Support leadership in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years RN ICU experience.
  • Nursing degree:
    Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Current MA nursing license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
  • Proficient in telemetry with the ability to independently interpret rhythm strips (tele test on day
    1).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Physical ability to fulfill the demands of ICU nursing.

Schedule:
  • 12-hour night shifts
  • 36-hour workweeks
  • Every other weekend and holiday required
