Mar 29, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 2 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment at a high-volume academic medical center in Boston, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and a minimum of 5 years of experience. Details High-volume Cath Lab setting with 7 procedure rooms, a hybrid OR, and a 12-bay peri-procedural space for patient prep and recovery All procedure rooms have been upgraded within the last 1–5 years Averages over 30 cases per day, ranging from outpatient right heart catheterizations and stable coronary angiograms to complex coronary, structural, and vascular interventions Primary charting system is Epic;

hemodynamic measurements are performed on the Siemens Sensis system Schedule options include 3x12-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts Day shift hours: 07:30–20:00 Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call is possible during the contract; no weekend or holiday worked shifts Candidates can expect approximately 1–2 weeknight call instances and possibly 1 weekend call during the 13-week contract 13-week contract Requirements Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required At least 2 years of ICU experience preferred, plus 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications required — AHA only;

no other providers accepted for this facility Epic EMR experience preferred Siemens Sensis hemodynamic system experience is a plus 2 professional references required for consideration Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted Additional Information The Cath Lab RN serves as a critical member of the patient care team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and a patient/family-centered care philosophy Prior travel nursing experience is preferred but not required — first-time travelers will be considered Local candidates (permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility) are eligible to apply No validated parking is available at this Boston location;

public transportation is encouraged, and public parking lots are available at rates ranging from $17–$22 per day Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration American Traveler Job  P-681742.
