The Boston Medical Center Department of Pediatrics is seeking full‑time Pediatric/Family Nurse Practitioners to provide direct patient care and care coordination to newborn babies in the BMC Newborn Nursery, a busy and innovative birthing center serving culturally and socio‑economically diverse families.

We are part of the state patient‑centered medical home collaborative with on‑site social work, case management, and subspecialty services.

A license to practice as an RN and a certificate to practice as an NP issued by the Massachusetts State Board of Registered Nursing. Two years of experience working as a Pediatric or Family NP preferred. Multilingual fluency a plus.

$53.85–$78.13. This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licenses as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
