The Boston Medical Center Department of Pediatrics is seeking full‑time Pediatric/Family Nurse Practitioners to provide direct patient care and care coordination to newborn babies in the BMC Newborn Nursery, a busy and innovative birthing center serving culturally and socio‑economically diverse families.

We are part of the state patient‑centered medical home collaborative with on‑site social work, case management, and subspecialty services.

Requirements

A license to practice as an RN and a certificate to practice as an NP issued by the Massachusetts State Board of Registered Nursing. Two years of experience working as a Pediatric or Family NP preferred. Multilingual fluency a plus.

Compensation

Boston University School of Medicine offers a competitive salary commensurate with academic training, practice experience, and benefits. Compensation Range

$53.85–$78.13. This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licenses as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market competitiveness. In addition, BMCHS offers generous total compensation that includes, but is not limited to, benefits (medical, dental, vision, pharmacy), discretionary annual bonuses and merit increases, Flexible Spending Accounts, 403(b) savings matches, paid time off, career advancement opportunities, and resources to support employee and family well‑being.
