We're looking for full-time and part-time CRNAs who thrive on precision, teamwork, and purpose. The CRNA provides continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the direction of a physician.

Flexible day & evening shifts available.

• Expert care in high‑acuity head and neck cases, difficult airways, and skull base surgeries
• Anesthesia for vision‑saving eye procedures and fragile pediatric patients, including NICU and PICU
• Tight‑knit team culture with mutual respect, trust, and shared pride in outstanding outcomes
• Dynamic clinical work across campuses with a rich mix of routine and rare cases
• Optional teaching and academic opportunities for those interested

• Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries
• Manage high‑risk airways and unique anatomy with confidence
• Collaborate with expert surgical and perioperative teams
• Contribute to education and innovation, if desired

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. Current Massachusetts RN license.

Certification or re‑certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification.

Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities. ACLS/PALS Certification Preferred: BA or BSN in Nursing Membership in professional nursing organization desired.
