Overnight RN Supervisor – Full-Time (M-F, 11p-7a)

At Arbour Hospital, we provide high‑quality behavioral health services across inpatient and community programs since 1909. The position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign On Bonus.

• Provide nursing leadership in managing hospital operations.
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations.
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care.

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience.
• Previous RN management, supervisory, or leadership experience.
