Family Nurse Practitioner

Overview

We are a private pediatric practice offering a sign-on bonus of $3k-$5k (paid after 90 days) seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative team.

• Providing high-quality pediatric care for patients aged birth to 21 years during well-child visits and sick appointments, initially seeing 2 patients/hour, ramping up to 3/hour.
• Covering same-day urgent sick overflow and filling schedule gaps to support colleagues.
• Building and maintaining an independent patient panel over time.
• Utilizing AI-assisted voice charting and completing documentation promptly.
• Participating in team huddles and coordinating care with staff to optimize clinic flow.
• Taking after-hours phone calls and periodic weekend shifts.
• Maintaining accurate medical documentation.

• Master s degree and certification by an NP certifying body in Massachusetts.
• Active Massachusetts NP and DEA licenses without restrictions.
• Clinical pediatric experience from rotations or employment.
• Full-time on-site availability, including some weekends and after-hours.
• Willingness to live within a 45-minute commute of East Longmeadow, MA.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.

Offering a salary of $95,000-$110,000 per year, with benefits including 401(k) matching, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
