Registered Nurse; RN Supervisor

Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor $90+/hr

Details ofthe job:

• Start as soon as possible
• 3rd shifts available – Rotating weekend shifts may apply
• Competitive Pay Range of starting at $90/hour
• Nearby MBTA access and plenty of freeon-site parking

• Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff during 3rd shift operations
• Ensure high-quality patient careby coordinating nursing activities and addressing patient needs
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, mentorship, and evaluations as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient admissions, discharges, and careplans
• Oversee staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for all units during the shift
• Respond to and manage medical emergencies, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, incidents, and operational activities

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or similar clinical setting
• At least 1 year of experience ina leadership or supervisory nursing role
• Prior experience working in apublic hospital with meg-surg responsibilities
• Active RN license in Massachusetts

• Advanced certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS preferred
