Intensive Care Registered Nurse

Intensive Care Registered Nurse up to $80/hour Summary

• We have openings with our partner hospital in Boston
• Pay for this role is based on the shift and can range from $70-80/hour
• Shifts are based on availability. We will partner with you and the hospital to accommodate your best preferences

• Perform patient assessments and implement care plans tailored to physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs
• Administer medications, document interventions, and monitor patient responses
• Manage tracheostomy care, including suctioning and tube maintenance
• Educate patients and families on recovery and healthy practices
• Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory standards
• Contribute to quality improvement, risk management, and infection control efforts
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff as needed

• 2+ years of critical care nursing, in a MICU or ICU
• Tracheostomy care and telemetry experience in a hospital setting
• Critical care expertise, including monitoring and managing critically ill patients
  
  Active RN license in Massachusetts
