Position- Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse in our 38‑bed (28 + 10) multi‑specialty Intensive Care Unit, you will play an integral role in delivering patient‑centered care. Supported by a collaborative team, you will provide the highest quality care to patients.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care in the ICU unit, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients
- Communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families
- Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter‑professional colleagues
- Update and manage patient records
- Enter and interpret computerized data/information
- Follow guidelines and policies established by our nursing department
- Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects
- Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- 2 years of RN experience required in a med/surg setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Nursing degree:
Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred); ability to obtain BSN within 4 years - ICU experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to meet job responsibilities

$39.02 – $90.05 per hour. This range is an estimate based on minimum qualifications and may vary based on education, experience, and licensure/certifications.
