Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs & LPNs) for Per Diem IN BOSTON AREAS.

• A current nursing license in Massachusetts (RN/LPN).
• Hands-on nursing experience as an RN/LPN.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as an RN.
• Strong interpersonal skills as an RN/LPN.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned as an RN/LPN.

• Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes as an RN/LPN.
• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments as an RN/LPN.
• Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client s care needs as an RN/LPN.
• Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, as an RN.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery as an RN/LPN.

• Competitive Pay Per Visit!
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $30 per visit.
• Registered Nurse (RN): $35 per visit, $50 - $150 for OASIS
