Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is a professional nurse registered in Massachusetts responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care. The RN demonstrates initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs, managing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The RN reports directly to a designated nurse manager or supervisor.
Qualifications- Prior ICU experience required, cardiac surgery, ECMO, VAD, CVVH, IABP, Impella experience strongly preferred.
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse required.
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing required.
- Experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

- Basic analytic thinking necessary for patient care.
- Observational skills and ability to set priorities.
- Function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective application of hospital standards, teamwork, communication, respect for others, and time/priority management.
