• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing - PACU RN
• Unit: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU Nursing A-L)
• Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/7/2025 - End: 3/7/2026)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour shifts, 50% day/night rotation, up to 2 weekend shifts per month
• Openings: 2 PACU RN positions
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990-$2130

PACU RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in clinical settings
• At least 1 year of travel PACU nursing experience
• At least 1 year of experience in an academic medical center
• Current PACU certification
• Ability to complete onboarding and health screenings

PACU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality post-anesthesia care for surgical patients in the PACU
• Monitor patient recovery and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
• Participate in scheduled day/night rotations and weekend shifts
