Staff Nurse RN/LPN, per diem (days/eves) – The Boston Home
Position:
Staff Nurse RN/LPN (per diem, days/evenings) at The Boston Home.
The Boston Home is a 96‑bed community for adults with multiple sclerosis and other advanced neurological disorders. Residents are typically younger, join the community in mid‑life and stay for over 20 years, providing a stable and engaging environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Direct and oversee CNAs to ensure resident care follows individual care plans and meets TBH quality standards.
- Coordinate care delivery with other team members.
- Valid state nursing license; preferred RN, LPN acceptable with long‑term care experience.
- Free parking on a gated campus.
- High staffing ratios.
- Shift differentials.
- 12 paid holidays.
Boston, MA
Salary$75,000.00-$ per year.
