What It's Like to Be a Comfort Home Care Visiting Nurse:

• Assess & Observe - Evaluate patients' conditions, medication regimens, and response to care
• Plan & Adjust - Collaborate with providers to create and modify individualized care plans
• Educate & Empower - Help patients and families understand medications, disease processes, and self-care
• Coordinate Care - Act as a liaison between physicians, families, and other care providers
• Document from Home - Complete notes efficiently and accurately, with the flexibility of remote charting

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• At least one year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits
