Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical ICU - 10K Sign On

Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU). The MSICU provides post‑surgical care for children and young adults, including general surgery, transplantation, neurosurgery, craniofacial reconstruction, orthopedic surgery, and trauma. It is one of the largest pediatric intensive care units in the U.S. and a major ECMO center.

• Provide compassionate, safe, competent care to patients with life‑threatening or potentially life‑threatening conditions, ranging from newborn to early adulthood.
• Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and continuously learn and grow through a comprehensive orientation program.

Minimum: BSN required.

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 2 years’ experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Experience in Pediatric or Adult ICU preferred; pediatric ICU experience is especially preferred.

• Massachusetts RN Licensure.

Eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus (not eligible for internal candidates or former BCH employees who worked here in the past 2 years).

Base pay $76,003.20 – $ per year, plus benefits including flexible schedules, health, vision and dental insurance, childcare, student loan subsidies, generous time off, 403(b) retirement, pension, tuition and certain license and certification reimbursement, cell phone plan discounts, and discounted T‑pass rates.
