Registered Nurse ED – Immediate Hire – $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
Join a busy Level III Trauma hospital in Framingham, MA serving the West Boston community. This fast‑paced ED environment offers supportive leadership, collaborative teamwork, free on‑site parking, PTO and 401(k) benefits.
Compensation & IncentivesBase Pay: $33.50 – $73.31 (discuss on initial call).
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
.
Differentials:
- Nights: +15% (up to +$6/hr)
- Evenings: +10% (up to +$4/hr)
3x12s – Days, Evenings & Nights.
Days: 3a–3p or 7a–7p.
Evenings: 11a–11p or 3p–3a.
Nights: 7p–7a.
Every other weekend; no on‑call.
Requirements- Active RN license in Massachusetts.
- 6–8+ months ED or Urgent Care RN experience.
- BLS certification.
- ADN or BSN accepted.
- Paid time off (PTO).
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Free on‑site parking.
