• Initiate and manage infusion therapy in the home
• Start IVs, access PICC lines and implanted ports
• Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after infusions
• Communicate with physicians, specialty pharmacies, and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy and post-care
• Ensure strict compliance with clinical guidelines and safety protocols
• Provide wound care and dressing changes per physician orders
• Administer injections (e.g., insulin, antibiotics, vitamin therapies)
• Support medication management and monitoring of vital signs

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Strong IV insertion skills and confidence with PICC/port access
• Proficiency in wound care, injections, and medication administration
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• Exceptional clinical judgment, reliability, and compassion
• Strong communication and time management skills

• Pay: $45–$58/hour
