Pediatric Nurse

Essential Pediatrics is seeking a full-time, on-site Pediatric Nurse to join our growing Boston practice. This role is central to delivering the high-touch, patient-centered care that defines our practice.

The Pediatric Nurse will work closely with physicians to support comprehensive, continuity-based care for children across all stages of development. This position is ideal for a nurse who values clinical excellence, enjoys building trusted relationships with families, and is motivated by the opportunity to practice pediatrics in a thoughtful, unhurried environment

• Strong foundation in pediatric nursing, with a solid understanding of child development and age-specific healthcare needs
• Strong clinical judgment, including patient assessment, medication administration, immunizations, triage, and care management for both acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate families and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required;
  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of five years of pediatric nursing experience preferred
