Family Nurse Practitioner

Overview

We are a private Pediatric Practice offering a SIGN ON BONUS of $3k-$5k paid after 90 days.

• Provide high-quality pediatric care for well-child visits and sick appointments for patients birth to 21 years, initially seeing 2 patients/hour, increasing to 3.
• Support same-day urgent sick visits and fill schedule gaps.
• Build and manage an independent patient panel over time.
• Utilize AI-assisted voice charting and complete documentation promptly.
• Participate in team huddles and coordinate care with staff to optimize clinic flow.
• Handle after-hours phone calls and periodic weekend coverage.
• Maintain accurate medical records.

• Master s degree and certification as an NP in Massachusetts.
• Active Massachusetts NP and DEA licenses without restrictions.
• Clinical pediatric experience.
• Full-time on-site availability, some weekends and after-hours shifts.
• Willingness to live within a 45-minute commute.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle difficult conversations.

$95,000–$110,000/year, with 401(k) matching, dental and health insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
