Blazer Jobs is hiring for a rewarding 1:1 School Nurse (RN) to provide full-time care for a student with significant medical needs. This unique opportunity allows you to make a meaningfulamous impact while working closely with a student who requires daily support.

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care to a 20‑year‑old male student with a trach and g‑tube feedings.
• Provide 100% support for the student’s daily living and school needs, including personal care.
• Accompany the student to and from school by riding the bus.
• Monitor the student’s health, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate health records.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and administrators to uphold the student’s care plan.

• Full‑time schedule:
  Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM.
• The nurse will ride the bus with the student to and from school daily.
