Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position in Massachusetts requiring an active MA RN license and cath lab expertise.
Responsibilities
• Work in a hospital-based Cardiology Cath Lab setting
• Typical schedule is four 10-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 17:30 with a rotating day off
• Patient care involves interventional cardiology cases within the cath lab
• Uses EPIC for charting and documentation
• 13-week contract assignment
• FLU vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• No validated parking is available at Boston locations; public parking options incur daily fees
• Documentation and primary source license verification required within 30 days of start
• Local candidates must live at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for standard travel rates; otherwise, a reduced rate applies
Requirements
• Active and unrestricted MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses are not accepted
• Minimum of 3 years of cath lab RN experience required
• At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience required
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS through AHA required
• Proof of licensure must be provided for consideration
• Experience with EPIC EMR is necessary
