Director of Nursing – Marquis Health Consulting Services (Brighton Post Acute)
Full‑time opportunity available, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM.
Salary: $120 k–$150 k per year.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the written staffing plan that reflects the needs of the department.
- Perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team.
- Work in partnership with the Administrator to ensure quality, person‑centered care.
- Develop, manage, and evaluate department policies and procedures in accordance with current rules and regulations.
- Must possess a valid, unenforced RN State License.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center, or another related healthcare setting.
- Experience in supervision and teaching.
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
- Prior Director of Nursing experience working in a nursing home in Massachusetts.
