LPN - Boston area - $40-50/hr
Are you an experienced LPN looking for a rewarding opportunity in the Boston area? We are offering a competitive pay rate of $40-50/hr, with an accessible location perfect for commuting.
Practicing in a primary nursing model, you will maintain accountability for a set of assigned patients and participate in care planning activities.
Your responsibilities include:- Appropriate documentation in electronic medical records
- Participating in performance improvement projects.
- Collaborate with MDs, NPs, nurses to meet patient needs and monitor care outcomes
- A minimum of 6 months of experience
- An active LPN license in Massachusetts
